My husband hired Dave to clean the exterior of our house before selling. The realtor said it made such a difference that it added at least ten thousand dollars in value to our house than before. Dave was licensed and insured which we were very concerned about. We were sued a few years ago by a worker who wasn't and was hurt on our property.
